All orders ship worldwide from the USA within five business days, unless an item is preordered or backordered. Please allow an additional four weeks for domestic delivery and up to eight weeks for international orders. 

International orders may be subjected to customs fees and import duties that False Luck is not responsible for.

Pins, patches, and stickers ship from Ohio via USPS in recyclable materials. Apparel, pouches, tech, and headwear ship separately at no additional cost.

Domestic orders $50 or over ship free.

🔁 Exchanges and returns

If you have received a defective or missing item or we mistakenly shipped you an incorrect color or size, we're happy to fix the problem immediately.

Full-priced hats, pouches, apparel, or phone cases in their original condition (not worn or washed) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please view the sizing information before ordering. 

Stickers, tattoos, grinders, patches, pins, and discounted apparel/accessories are final sale.
